The valves are factory-set in the open position.
In the event of radiator replacement, it is possible to shut it off using the valves; however, they must not be left unattended! In such cases, the thermostatic head should be replaced with a protective cap to prevent undesired consequences, such as flooding.
If the work lasts longer than one day, it is recommended to secure the radiator connection stubs with additional shut-off valves or plugs to avoid undesired effects, such as flooding.
The valve is factory-configured in the right-hand version. It is a universal valve that allows the insert position to be changed, enabling adjustment to the water flow direction in the system.
